Our managed service packages are designed to scale with your business:

Small Business is 1–6 computers

Medium Business is 7–12 computers

Large Business (13+ computers)

Your monthly fee is predictable — no surprise costs, no hidden add-ons. Our all-in-one service covers unlimited support without hourly billing.

Hardware upgrades and installation are separate, just like with a phone plan — you pay for the service, and if you choose to upgrade your equipment, that’s billed separately.

Every business is different, which is why we tailor each plan to ensure you’re only paying for the services you truly need. We don’t have to come to you to give you an estimated cost, we’ll talk to you over the phone to understand your needs, we make it simple for you just like our IT service, simple. We will even accept photos for your current setups and ask questions to understand what you’ll need for your business to best serve you.

If you receive a quote from a different IT company we’ll compare it to our services for the best deal for your business.

We highly recommend in person visits but we also understand it can be hard for each business to set up a time to do this, we also do after hour consults. Consults are 100% free and any in person free consults you’ll receive a detailed PDF listing out what products you might need to upgrade, will need to upgrade, and why you’ll need to upgrade and recommendations for any extra equipment to help your business day-to-day.

We do ask that you call for a quote, we don’t need to come to you, quotes are easy to give over the phone, but for a formal quote a in person meeting will be setup.
