Managed plans provide ongoing IT support without hourly charges every time something goes wrong. Hardware, equipment upgrades, and new installations are quoted separately so you only pay for what you actually need. Monitoring, Updates, Network management, Security management.
How We Work
Every environment is different. Final recommendations and pricing are based on your systems, users, infrastructure, and specific requirements.
We can often provide an initial estimate over the phone after learning about your current setup. Photos of your existing network or equipment can also help. In-person visits are recommended when possible, and we offer after-hours consults. All consults are free. After an on-site visit you’ll receive a clear PDF outlining recommended upgrades and why they matter.
