A client built a second home on their property, in the new home they installed Starlink, and the older home Xplore net. Using the Unifi building bridge, we were able to use Starlink for the whole property allowing both homes to have internet, as well as connect all their cameras into one system across both homes for easier access to all cameras in one app. We used a camera location that was unused for this setup and attached the other Bridge device to the other house making a link between the two homes. Both homes had the max speed that Starlink provides to their site – 150mb down/ 30mb up. This saved the client thousands from having to hire a contractor to dig a 120 meter trench for either wired ethernet, or fiber to connect both homes.
